Fifteen to twenty Shared Beat volunteers will provide medical and visual support for Safe Passage school children, their families and the surrounding community in one of the poorest areas of Guatemala. Volunteers include: physicians, nurses, dentists, translators, teachers and support staff.
Shared Beat is an all volunteer organization. There are no salaried administrative staff or board members. Medical trip volunteers cover their own travel and lodging expenses. Our group depends upon the generosity of our volunteers. For more information on how to volunteer contact us:
